AKYellowIron.com is a Website designed to put Buyers and Sellers together and does not participate in the sale of any items Alaska Yellow Iron, LLC does not directly own.  It is the responsibility of the Seller to supply honest and accurate information for the item(s) for sale that he/she posts on the Website.  Seller also agrees by posting an item(s) for sale on the Website that he/she has legal authority to do so.  Buyers are responsible for all actions that constitute a purchase from Seller including but not limited to: inspection and condition of item(s), validation of title(s) (if applicable), obtaining the item(s), etc.  Negotiations of items listed on AKYellowIron.com are strictly between Buyer and Seller.

AKYellowIron.com is under no obligation to monitor information residing on this Website, however, items posted on AKYellowIron.com may be subject to an approval process which is typically quick but could take up to forty-eight (48) hours.  You agree that AKYellowIron.com may monitor the contents to comply with applicable laws, regulations and to protect itself and its users.  AKYellowIron.com reserves the right to modify, reject, or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to this Website that it, in its sole discretion, believes is deceptive, inaccurate, illegal, vulgar in violation of the terms and conditions or otherwise inappropriate for this site.

It is also the responsibility of the Seller to remove the item(s) from the Website when an item(s) has been sold or to renew a posting(s).  Items will automatically expire thirty (30) days after the item has been posted unless Seller renews the postings.
